Important Notices:

Clean Access has a new update! Students will have to download the new Clean Access.

Remember to do your Windows Updates, and make sure your Anti-Virus is up to date.

If your Clean Access is not working, make sure to check your Anti-virus updates, and then your Windows Updates again. Reboot your computer, and keep checking Windows Updates, because it may not download all of them the first, or second time around.(Certain Updates need to be done before looking for other updates.)

If Clean Access gives you the 'Invalid username or password" error, try logging into a computer on-campus. If your password has expired, it will prompt you to change it. Clean Access should work with the updated password.
