SMSU’s Physical Plant Staff are committed to providing a physical environment on campus that is useful, comfortable, attractive and clean. The Physical Plant operation is responsible for a wide range of services that include: building maintenance, repair and improvement, custodial services, event set-up, grounds maintenance, snow removal, refuse removal, energy management, heating, ventilating, air conditioning , (HVAC), mail services, Central Stores, freight delivery, issuing of building keys, and painting.
